   2. Admit Cards of HSLC and HS Examination – Original & 1 copy
   3. Marksheets and Pass Certificates of HSLC and HS Examination – Original & 1 copy
   4. Caste Certificate (if applicable) – Original & 1 copy
   5. PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) as Domicile Certificate
      Required for free admission as Domicile Proof – Original & 1 copy
   6. Ration Card or Income Certificate of Parents (Income below ₹4 lakhs) – Original & 1 copy
   7. Undertaking from Parents stating they are not Government Employees
      (Format attached in Annexure II) – Original

   2. Admit Cards of HSLC and HS Examination – Original & 1 copy
   3. Marksheets and Pass Certificates of HSLC and HS Examination – Original & 1 copy
   4. Caste Certificate (if applicable) – Original & 1 copy
   5. Any one of the following as Domicile Proof: PRC / Aadhaar / Caste Certificate – Original & 1 copy
   6. Court Affidavit of Gap (if the student has a year gap after passing HS) – Original

Important Alert:

The selected candidates who are willing to take admission under fee waiver scheme (INCOME less than 4 lacs) should upload their parents’ Ration Card or income certificate in the SAMARTH portal before the admission date without which admission under free admission scheme will not be granted as per the rule Govt. of Assam.
