Documents Required During Admission:

The applicants should bring the following documents (both Original and Photocopies):

1. 1. Copy of Application form generated from SAMARTH portal
   2. Recent Passport size color Photograph
   3. Copy of Admit Card, Marksheet and Pass Certificate of HSLC
   4. Copy of Admit Card and Marksheet of HS
   5. Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
   6. Gap Certificate, for candidates who passed HS in 2023 or earlier
   7. Domicile certificate (EPIC, Birth Certificate, PRC, etc.)
   8. Copy of AADHAAR card.
   9. DHE unique id generation e-receipt

   10. ONLINE Anti-ragging Affidavit by Parent and Student

For Candidates seeking admission under Govt. Fee Waiver Scheme:

11. One photograph of plantation of a sapling (self-attested at back)
12. Income Certificate of income less than Rs. 2 lakh per annum in the preceding year.

Certificate may be obtained from Circle Officer, Head of the Institution last attended, Head of the institution where the students is getting admitted, Ration Card or a Notary Affidavit may be submitted.

Important Alert:

It is for general information to all concerned that the candidates whose names appear in the First Merit List of FYUGP in Moran College are informed to log on to the SAMARTH portal and click the “Accept Offer” button. Note that each applicant can accept only one offer. If an applicant accepts the offer from the wrong college or program, they will not be able to take admission to the desired college or program.

Additionally, for the applicants who want to avail Fee Wavier (BPL applicants INCOME less than 2 lacs) are informed to log on to the SAMARTH portal and click the “Add Family Income Details” button and then select Fee Waiver as “Yes”.
