Important Guidelines For Spot Admission

1. The spot admission process will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Candidates are advised to arrive at the admission venue (respective departments) 15 minutes prior to the admission time.
2. Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration of the candidate’s merit.
3. When a candidate’s turn for admission comes up, their name will be announced three times. If the candidate fails to appear during their announced time slot, they will forfeit their chance for admission. In no circumstances, he/she shall not be entertained for admission afterwards.
4. Once a candidate has successfully taken admission during the spot admission process, no further cancellations or changes to the admission status will be allowed. The admission will be considered final and irreversible.

The Spot admission process is strict and adheres to a first-come, first-served basis, and candidates must be punctual to secure their admission.

List of Documents Required for Admission

1. Application form of SAMARTH Portal.
2. List of original and xerox copy of documents required for admission
i. Admit card of HSLC and HS examination
ii. Marksheets and Pass certificate of HSLC and HS examination
iii. Income certificate from the competent authority for Fee Waiver Scheme
iv. Unique ID generation receipt
3. Caste certificate (if any) and domicile certificate from competent authority must be produced. No applying receipt will be accepted.
4. Photograph of Sapling plantation for availing fee waiver scheme.
5. The applicant must ensure they arrive on time for admission, as failure to do so may result in their candidacy being cancelled after their name has been announced three times in the admission hall.

Important Alert:

The selected candidates who are willing to take admission under fee waiver scheme (INCOME less than 2 lacs) should upload their income certificate in the SAMARTH portal before the admission date without which admission under free admission scheme will not be granted as per the rule Govt. of Assam.
