This year’s Earth Day theme, “Planet vs. Plastics,” brings attention to the serious issue of plastic pollution and how it harms nature. In this regard, a workshop has been organized on "Solid Waste Management" for the students to learn Up-cycling and creative Reuse of Plastic through a series of lecture sessions along with a hands-on training session. This workshop is supported and funded by ASTEC and the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Govt. of India under the Environment Education Programme- "Mission Life in Assam"
